MU senior management

Internal evaluation of the science and doctoral degree programmes is part of the evaluation activities at MU. The aim is to provide the units with feedback on the quality of research and doctoral studies and support their research strategies and decision-making. In 2022, this evaluation is taking place for the first time and aims to:

  • identify successful research topics and topics with good prospects;
  • assess the quality of research and doctoral programmes (DDPs) in an international context at a more detailed level than M17+ (departments instead of faculties);
  • develop a sustainable and meaningful internal evaluation model that could inspire institutions outside MU;
  • obtain information for R&D management, PhD programmes, managerial decision-making and development of economic units’ internal strategies;
  • map research performance at the level of disciplines and economic units.
